These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GraphMoves (the "Service"), operated by EDUMATH ANALYTICS SpA ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and where you are under the applicable minimum age, only after your parent or guardian has provided verifiable consent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are personal - you may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
2. The Service
GraphMoves is a subscription web application for Digital SAT® preparation. It includes original practice questions, calculator-strategy lessons, and an embedded Desmos graphing calculator so you can practice with the same type of tool used in the official Bluebook exam. All practice questions are our own original content.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal
- We offer monthly, prep-cycle (3-month), and annual plans. Prices vary by region.
- Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, who is the seller of record for your purchase and issues your invoice. Your purchase is also subject to their terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first purchase. Refund requests are handled through our Merchant of Record. Outside this window, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
5. No guarantee of results
The Service is a study aid. We do not guarantee any particular score, score improvement, test result, or university admission outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and many factors outside our control.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our content; reverse engineer the Service; share your account; or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud, including payment or regional-pricing abuse.
7. Intellectual property
All content we create (questions, lessons, design) is owned by us and protected by law. The embedded calculator and its branding are owned by Desmos Studio PBC and used under license; you may not remove or obscure Desmos branding. "SAT" and related marks are owned by the College Board. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in any third-party marks.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Desmos Studio (calculator) and our Merchant of Record (payments). Their availability is not within our control, and your use of those features may be subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including certain consumer rights.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or the Service. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
